The Seller undertakes in relation to the Buyer’s order and processing of the purchase to comply with legal data protection regulations to ensure adequate protection and security for customer data.
Visiting the website
The website of the Seller parts.neoten.eu can be used without the need to provide personal data. Access data without reference to any particular person will be stored merely for the purpose of statistics; it will be automatically transmitted by the Buyer’s browser to the Seller’s server upon every access to the website. On the website of the Seller is collected the following information when visiting the Buyer: IP address, the pages was visited on website and how long for, the internet browser, internet provider and devices the Buyer are using, the website address from which was accessed website, «Live chat» records, any information within correspondence that the Buyer send to the Seller. These data are stored separately from data entered by the Buyer manually.

Order procedure

The Seller shall be entitled to collect, store, process, distribute to certain parties and use personal data of the Buyer (e.g. shipping service providers, Seller’s bank) within the framework of applicable data protection regulations.

For this purpose, the Buyer gives consent to collection, storage, processing, distribution and usage by the Seller of the necessary personal data entered in the course of order processing. The Buyer gives its consent to forwarding of personal data in certain cases to shipping service providers working on the Seller’s behalf and, if necessary in the particular case, to the Seller’s bank or payment system in which the Seller has an account, or other similar financial institutions. Without the Buyer’s consent in this regard, the order cannot be carried out.

Partial Purchases
If you have started to buy one of our products, but have not completed the purchase, you may have provided partial information, such as your email. Personal data of the Buyer necessary for processing of the purchase order placed before the cancellation is received shall be deleted only after this purchase order has been executed.
Information on stored data
The user is entitled at any time to access the personal data stored by SIA NEOTEN regarding his person at no cost. This information shall be provided through the access to the personal account or as an answer to the request in writing. The request for information is to be submitted using the e-mail address indicated by the user to: info@neoten.eu .
The Buyer undertakes not to transfer its connection data to any third parties. In case of data loss the Buyer shall immediately inform the Seller via e-mail info@neoten.eu.
In case of data change in the Buyer’s registration form, the Buyer shall update it immediately.
Duration of data storage
We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. We also keep some data for security investigation. Most importantly, we have specific obligations for fraud detection and tax reasons. Therefore, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it.
