Return reasons: Defects, mismatch with the ordered spare part number, damage during transportation

Should a defect or discrepancy be discovered after the spare part has been installed, each case will be reviewed individually by our technical specialists. 

The costs of the return of goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except cases when the return is due to Neoten's own fault (defective goods or delivery of wrong goods).
